Why it happens

Padel asks a lot of a body

Twisting for the glass, lunging for the drop, smashing overhead, then stopping dead. Most players never train for any of it, so the body starts guarding the ranges it is not strong in. That guarding is the stiffness you feel the morning after, and eventually it is the point you do not reach.

The fix is not stretching harder. It is getting strong through the positions padel puts you in, a few minutes at a time.

How it works

Three steps, starting now

  1. 01

    Take the two-minute test

Six questions about how your shoulders, spine, hips and ankles actually move. No account needed.

  2. 02

    Get your mobility score

A score out of 100, plus the areas that are quietly costing you points on court.

  3. 03

    Train ten minutes a day

Routines built around what your score found, with Rory on camera for every movement.

What you get

Everything is in one place
